The ground floor is tailored for comfort and privacy, featuring two soundproofed bedrooms and a second living room. For larger groups, there is a dormitory bedroom equipped with four double beds. Please note that the dormitory room is only accessible for bookings of 7 or more guests (adults and children; infants are not counted).

COMPLIANCE WITH THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE (14 PEOPLE IN TOTAL, INCLUDING 10 ADULTS) The number of people registered for your reservation must exactly match the number of people actually present on site. The access code to the 4th bedroom (with two bunk beds) will only be provided if your reservation is for 7 or more people. As specified in the listing, we accept a maximum of 10 adults and 14 people in total. If you exceed this limit, you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking. A security camera system is in place. If you don't comply with this rule, A $1,000 PENALTY APPLIES, with immediate eviction without the possibility of a refund.
RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD AT ALL TIMES Please respect the neighborhood by avoiding noisy behaviors, including music volume and excessive noise, especially between 11pm and 8am. Your collaboration helps maintain a harmonious atmosphere.
NO PARTIES In order to preserve a relaxing atmosphere, keep the property clean and avoid damage, noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. If you don't comply with this rule, A $1,000 PENALTY APPLIES, with immediate eviction without the possibility of a refund.
ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED For hygienic reasons and to preserve the comfort of guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. If you don't comply with this rule, A $1,000 PENALTY APPLIES, with immediate eviction without the possibility of a refund.
NO SMOKING Our cottage is completely non-smoking. Please, no smoking or vaping inside. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts responsibly. If you don't comply with this rule, A $1,000 PENALTY APPLIES.
NO FIRE AND OPEN FIRES Fireworks and open fires are strictly prohibited in the area. If using the firepit, the use of the spark arrester is required. If you don't comply with this rule, A $1,000 PENALTY APPLIES, with immediate eviction without the possibility of a refund.
MANDATORY SHOWER AND NO FOOD/BEVERAGES IN THE SPA To maintain a clean and inviting hot tub, please take a shower before each use and do not bring food or drinks. A FEE OF $250 IS APPLICABLE if an emergency emptying is required at the end of your stay.
FURNITURE LAYOUT To avoid damage and facilitate the work of our employees, please do not move the furniture inside the chalet.
