This home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed and Roku TV (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with two twins and Roku TV (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: Double bed and Roku TV (sleeps 2)
• Living Room: Comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeps 1) and Roku TV

Both bathrooms are full baths equipped with showers. Guests can enjoy a variety of convenient features throughout the home, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a cozy living room designed for relaxing. Outside, guests have access to a dedicated parking area, a deck, and a fenced-in lounge space.

Located in the 32804 area, you are centrally positioned near College Park, Downtown Orlando, and Winter Park. You are just minutes from the vibrance of Edgewater Drive, Ivanhoe Village, and Park Avenue. For those traveling for medical reasons, the home is conveniently close to AdventHealth Orlando, as well as Orlando Health. Major entertainment hubs like the Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, and the various theme parks—including Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort—are all within easy driving distance.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly (Max 2 pets; must be under 25lbs and disclosed on reservation)
• Parking: Space for 2 vehicles
• Rules: No smoking or vaping on property (zero tolerance), no parties or events, and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Please do not loiter on the front porch after 11pm or send mail/packages to the property. Personal EV chargers are prohibited.

Prior to arrival, guests must complete ID verification and sign a rental agreement via the Happy Guest portal. At check-in, guests may choose between a refundable $1,000 card authorization or a non-refundable damage waiver starting at $47 for stays of 1 to 10 nights (+$2/day thereafter).
