- Security Deposit: Choice of a refundable $250 USD deposit or a non-refundable $37.45 USD damage waiver.
- Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a $50 USD sanitation fee. Maximum one pet per apartment, not exceeding 20 kg (44 lbs). Pets are not permitted in common areas, including the pool area. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 USD penalty.
- Pool Rules: Failure to follow pool instructions resulting in damage will incur a $500 USD fine.
- A signed HOLT rental agreement and completed Boarding Pass are required prior to arrival.

In accordance with the condominium’s regulations, access to the property will not be permitted to anyone who fails to meet this requirement. Accepted forms of identification: Passport, INE, Driver’s License, or INAPAM card.
Per HOA rules, renters are not allowed visitors.
The access card to the gym has a $1,000 peso replacement fee if lost.
