Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware of the following policies:

• A photo ID and credit/debit card deposit are required at check-in (refundable upon departure).
• The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in; changing the guest name incurs a fee of $130.
• Parking is available in the garage for 2 vehicles (maximum vehicle height of 7 ft); street parking is prohibited.
• Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy of 4 people must not be exceeded at any time, including visitors, children, and infants.
• WiFi is available for an additional fee.
• Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay requirements vary by season: 4 nights over weekends during Peak Season, 3-4 nights over holidays in the Off Season, and 2 nights for most other Off Season dates.
