Come stay with us on the 11th floor of the Geula tower, where you will feel as if you were flying on top of the sea and Tel Aviv City! This elevated retreat offers a unique perspective of the skyline and the coast, blending modern comfort with a sense of serenity high above the urban bustle.

The apartment features a thoughtfully designed layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is an inviting space featuring a queen size bed, a large wardrobe, and a TV. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a wardrobe, and serves as a shelter room (MAMAD) for the safety of our guests.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a living room equipped with a large TV and a fully furnished terrace with a lounge area, perfect for taking in the views. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area and is outfitted with a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and hob. Practical additions to the home include a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Tel Aviv-Yafo, the property is situated in the southern part of the city within the vibrant Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood, also known as the Vineyard of the Yemenites. This area is celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, authentic local feel, and traditional Yemenite restaurants where you can sample local delicacies like Jachnun and Malawach. Geula Street is a dynamic destination for shoppers, famous for its artisanal crafts and handmade jewelry. Guests can also explore nearby religious sites, including the Great Synagogue of Tel Aviv and the Yemenite Jewish Heritage Center.
