The sleeping arrangements include one queen-sized bed in the first bedroom and two twin-sized beds in the second, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The residence offers two full bathrooms, one featuring a walk-in shower and the other providing a bathtub/shower combo.

The interior is highlighted by comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances. A large dining table provides plenty of space, seating up to 6 guests. One of the absolute best features is the good-sized waterfront balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking and stunning views of the Intracoastal waterway. It is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching dolphins play and boats glide by.

Located within the gated St. Pete Yacht and Tennis Club, guests have access to an array of community highlights.
