SMOKING & PARTIES No está permitido fumar o hacer fiestas. Las evidencia de fumar, fiestas o una reunión con invitados adicionales que no se informaron en su reserva inicial resultarán en la terminación de la estadía, una multa de USD$ 200 y posiblemente el costo adicional en el que se incurre al perder la reserva del próximo huésped porque no podemos eliminar el olor a tiempo para la próxima reserva.
No smoking or parties allowed. Smoking/party evidence or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking will result in stay termination and USD$200 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT Cualquier daño o elementos faltantes a la propiedad pueden descontarse de la TC del huésped si el huésped no lo paga 5 días después de que se detecte el daño y se le informe.
Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guest’s CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him.
