If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Ensure all your rubbish is removed from throughout the apartment and inside bins. The rubbish and recycling bins are located to the right of the garages behind the apartment.
