Designed for large groups and gatherings, the villa features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are generous, providing 14 beds to comfortably accommodate 16 or more guests. Each of the four large bedrooms includes its own private bathroom for maximum privacy, with an additional bathroom located in the living room and den area.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a large outdoor space featuring a private pool and an awesome BBQ area complete with an outdoor bar and sitting area, perfect for entertaining. While the villa includes a jacuzzi, please note that it does not have hot water and is cold only.
Situated within the Vista Mar Beach & Golf Resort, the property is within walking distance to a marina and two popular restaurants. The surrounding area provides a wide range of activities, from high-energy water sports to relaxing days by the pool. Please be aware that beach club access is reserved exclusively for residents or long-stay rentals of more than two months.

Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 12 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the terrace / rooftop / patio if available otherwise please find an area outside the premises to do it. Visitors are not allowed. In case you plan on receiving visits please let us know in advance to verify if it is possible to make an exception. The use of drugs or guns is prohibited. Reports of indecency are taken seriously, please maintain a serious demeanor around the premises. Our team has an inventory of the property prior to check in, any missing items or broken ones, it will be charged to your account.
If we detect the presence of a pet that was not previously notified and admitted to the property, a fine and an additional percentage for deep cleaning will be charged. Pets are not allowed with the exception of service dogs and previously accepted. Children are not allowed to be in the common areas running, screaming or unattended. Please take care of your children. AcoModo is not responsible in case of accidents Please dispose the trash in the designated areas using trash bags, do not litter Do not tamper with the wifi, heater or any appliance. please request our assistance.
