To maintain the high quality of our apartments, we kindly ask you to keep all items in good condition during and after your stay. In case of loss, damage or indelible stains on linens, towels or furniture (such as blood, body oils, etc.), we will seek compensation. The following fees apply:
-Loss, damage or indelible stains on bed linen: 25,000 AMD per set. -Loss, damage or indelible stains on a small towel: AMD 2000 per item.
- Loss, damage or indelible stains on a large towel: R $3,000 per item.
- Lost key, chip or door card: AMD 2000 per item.
- Unwashed stains on furniture (sofa, chair, etc.) requiring additional dry cleaning: 20,000 AMD.
- Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any signs of the smell of tobacco will result in a fine of the cost of 2 nights of the reservation.
In case of any other damage, compensation will be charged depending on the amount of the damage caused. We appreciate your cooperation.
