The home features a spacious and thoughtful layout with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort, with three queen beds located upstairs, a bunk room with four single beds downstairs, and a fifth bedroom featuring a tri-bunk (double bed with a single above), comfortably accommodating 10 guests.
Designed with the benefits of a new build, the interior boasts two large living areas—one on each floor—both equipped with televisions. The heart of the home is a chef's dream kitchen featuring stainless steel benches, a dishwasher, microwave, zip tap, professional knives, and an L'OR Sublime Compact coffee pod machine alongside a coffee plunger. An indoor dining area provides seating for 10, while the open-plan living space is outfitted with a DVD/Blu-ray player, Chromecast, a Bluetooth-enabled stereo, and board games for evening entertainment.
Outdoor living is elevated by a large deck with seating for 10 and a huge gas BBQ that opens into a native garden dotted with local trees. For convenience after a day in the surf, the property includes an outdoor hot shower.

Please note: The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you.
Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge.
If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be charged to the guest.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.
All holiday rental Properties are fully equipped with the exception of linen which is not provided unless specified in writing (e.g. Sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.
Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.
Electric vehicles: Please note the charging of Electric Vehicles is not permitted at the property. Power usage is monitored and a surcharge of $50 per day will apply for excessive power usage. EV charging stations are located at Sandy Point Mens Shed, Foster, Fish Creek & Yanakie townships for your convenience
If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, bqq cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. Please put bins out on the nature strip for rubbish collection.
Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to you.
Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.
