Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests have full access to the home, except for the cleaners closet. To receive property access, guests must submit a check-in form, sign the lease agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit or choose an optional damage waiver.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet. For the safety of the home, pets must be kenneled whenever they are left unattended.

If the security devices disconnect/cover up your rental agreement will be terminated, and you will have to leave the property immediately.

Smoking is not permitted in our property whatsoever. Please smoke out back and dispose of your smoke waste (cigarette butt). Smoking in the property will result in a $500 Fine

Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours. Noise Violations: 1st Complaint = Warning, 2nd Complaint = $150 Fine, 3rd Complaint = Termination

No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay.

We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture. Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee.

Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.

If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself

Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.

Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour. Early check-in may be arranged for $35 per hour, depending on availability.

Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.
