You must be 21 or older to rent this home. If we find out you are under 21 years of age you may be asked to leave immediately. At the pre-check-in phase of a Reservation, the Primary Guest is required to provide a photo or photocopy of a valid identification card, driver’s license and/or Passport by 3:00PM on the arrival date. Same Day Bookings are required to provide their valid identification card by 3PM or we can not honor the requested stay/trip.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

PORCHES & BALCONIES: No clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall be hung from balcony railings; nor shall they be draped over outside furniture. Porches and balconies shall not be used for storage areas and must be clean and tidy at all times. Only approved outdoor furniture is allowed on balconies. Violations of these rules will paid fines from HOA.
If any guest is found inside the unit before the arrival check-in time or after the departure time the guests will be charged fee of $100.00 for unauthorized time inside the unit.
