Guests can enjoy a spacious living room with a Roku TV and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a dining table for six. The full bath is thoughtfully designed with a large walk-in shower, a large vanity, and a separate toilet area with its own sink.

For additional privacy, "The Ladybug" guest house is a newly renovated studio that sleeps 3. This space includes a luxury queen mattress, linens, and a twin sleeper sofa. It is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, along with dining space for two both inside and out, and a TV with Roku.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, offering ample space with multiple covered areas. The Dragonfly boasts a large front porch with a BBQ, lounge chairs, table seating, and outdoor ceiling fans, as well as a private patio with a new hot tub. The Ladybug opens to a large courtyard featuring a fire pit surrounded by lounge chairs, table seating, and a BBQ. Guests also have access to the entire property, including a side yard and a large carport, with easy keyless code entry for both homes.

Located within walking distance to Downtown Wimberley, Market Days, and the Blanco River, the property provides neighborhood river access. Guests are perfectly positioned to explore local wine and spirit tasting rooms, art galleries, unique boutiques, Blue Hole, and Cypress Falls. To make exploration even easier, four bikes are provided for riding around town.
