- Please let us know an approximate time you will be checking in.
- Prior to check-out, please ensure you have cleaned all of your dishes. You may turn on the dishwasher or leave clean dishes to dry in the sink.
- Place fob back on counter when you check-out. Guests will be responsible for a $120 replacement fee for any lost or damaged fobs.
- Resort quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am.
- No burning of candles or incense.
- There is no smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the property. -Please do not run the in-suite washer/dryer combo when you won't be present in the condo.
- Ensure you have parked in the designated parking stall (stall number will be messaged to you prior to check-in). Guests will be responsible for any fees incurred for parking in the wrong stall.
- Resort amenities such as the pool, pickleball court, gym and elevator may have unexpected closures due to maintenance issues. Every effort will be made to communicate this to guests in advance of their trip, but guests understand that on a rare occasion they may be impacted by a closure.
- COMMERCIAL FILMING: Commercial filming requires Host approval. Production company must provide proof of permit from City and Certificate of Insurance. Please also confirm size of shoot (crew and actors) as well as any alterations being considered.
- SERVICE ANIMALS: We do not allow pets at Tiny Anchor Loft; however, we happily accept service animals with proper certification. Proof of certification must be sent upon booking to avoid fines from the resort. Any resort fines issued for failure to provide proper documentation will be levied to the guest. Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal is an offense in the province of British Columbia and is liable on conviction to a fine of up to $3,000. - THIRD PARTY SERVICES: To maintain the comfort, safety, and privacy of our space, any outside services (such as massages, private chefs, photographers, etc.) must be approved by the host in advance. Unauthorized services or visitors are not permitted in the listing. If you're hoping to arrange something special during your stay, just reach out—we’re happy to discuss options! -LOCAL GUEST BOOKINGS: To help maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbours, we typically do not accommodate local guests residing within 30 kilometers of the property. This policy helps us prevent parties and ensure a safe, relaxing stay for everyone. If you are local and have a genuine need to book, please inquire before making your reservation, as exceptions may apply.
