Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom offers a Full bed along with a Twin day bed and a Twin trundle underneath, and the third bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed. For additional flexibility, a Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

Guests can enjoy a variety of community features and convenient in-home amenities:

• Access to two community pools
• Four community hot tubs for unwinding
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Starter pack of essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dishwasher tablets)

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events
• The renting party must be 23 years or older (unless a parent/guardian is present throughout the stay)
• A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to receiving check-in details
• Maximum parking: 2 cars in designated spots; parking permits must be used to avoid towing
• No day visitors allowed
• Monthly bookings follow specific schedules: January through March must be booked from the 1st to the 1st; other off-season monthly stays must be booked for a full calendar month
• For stays exceeding 28 days, occupancy is limited to one guest per bedroom

We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the property and assist the cleaning crew by removing trash, running the dishwasher, and piling linens before departure to help us accommodate early check-ins.
