The main bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed. Both beds are finished with professionally cleaned and pressed linen, and both rooms provide ample wardrobe space for your luggage. For added convenience, the second bedroom includes an Acer LCD monitor.
While the structured amenities list is limited, the apartment is fully furnished for a seamless stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, along with necessary crockery and cutlery. Please note that the dishwasher is currently unavailable for use due to an ongoing issue. The living room features a TV with local channels and a DVD player. For laundry needs, guests have access to a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom is complete with a shower, bath, and essential toiletries.

Please be aware that this property is only accessible by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Pets are not allowed. Only one guest key set is provided; loss of keys will incur a minimum charge of $355.

No Smoking | No Pets This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
Leave It as You Found It Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
Registered Guests Only Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we're happy to help.
No Parties or Events This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
Families Welcome Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
Bathroom Matters We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.

Please: Depart before 10 am, unless you’ve paid for a late check-out. Load and start the dishwasher (if available). Double-check for personal belongings, especially the washing machine and dryer! We donate lost & found items to charity after two weeks, or we can send them back to you if you're happy to cover the postage Notify us once you've checked out so our cleaning team can get an early start.
