Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports,etc.). SUPERHOST will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.

Please handle keys with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of AED 300

NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period.

Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

No outside visitors allowed without prior permission from the reception. All guests must be registered with their Passport/ID at reception.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; a charge of AED 1000 will be levied if anyone found smoking in the room. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor balcony area. Please close the balcony door to avoid the smoke from going into the room.

Garbage should be disposed in the REFUSE ROOM ONLY located on every floor opposite door number 17 near the elevator. AED 1000 fine will be imposed by the building management if Garbage is put outside the door

Please help us maintain our rates by conserving electricity. All electric appliances/lights should be switched off when you go out.

Refundable Security Deposit of AED 1000 will be collected in Cash / Card (3% Extra) by the check in team on arrival. It will be refunded on check out after checking the rooms for any broken or missing items.

A late check in fee of AED 100 will be collected by the check in team if the arrival is between 10 AM to 10 PM

In case of a violation of the above regulations, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
