Bedroom 2 is equipped with two twin-over-full bunk beds, Bedroom 3 features a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers two full beds with river views. For additional sleeping capacity, the living room includes two premium roll-away twin cots.

While the home provides a seamless blend of comfort and adventure, please note that the structured amenities list is currently being updated under new ownership as of September 2025. Guests can enjoy a cozy living room with a new comfy sectional and Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for six. The home's indoor-outdoor flow is highlighted by a sun porch with year-round river views and a concrete patio at the river's edge with ample seating. Direct river access is provided via new stairs into the water.

Located in a prime spot for exploration, you are just 2 miles from the Whitewater Amphitheater and 17 miles from the charms of Gruene, New Braunfels, and Schlitterbahn. For shopping and city trips, the San Marcos Outlets are 19 miles away, with San Antonio and Austin within easy driving distance.

• Age Requirement: Must be 25 or older to rent
• Verification: Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check-in or via email; a signed electronic rental agreement is required
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed (under 40 lbs) for $25 per day per dog. A small fenced-in yard is available, and dogs must be leashed outside the fence
• Restrictions: No daytime guests, campers, RVs, or trailers permitted
• Parking: Space for 4–5 vehicles
• Note: Outdoor surveillance is in place per local permit rules
