For everyone's convenience, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners. • No more people may stay in the rental property than indicated in the booking and you have registered with Spaindinavia. • All guests must be pre-registered before check-in. • The person who made the reservation must be on site at all times. • No smoking indoors. If you smoke outside: close the doors and windows (don't let the smell come in). • No subletting of any kind is allowed. • No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you would like to bring your pet, please contact us. • Close / roll up or secure parasols, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it is windy, during the night, or when leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric. • Always shower before entering the pool. No sand or sunscreen may enter the pool for hygienic reasons. • Do not store keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case, a locksmith must come and change the lock. The cost is at the guest's expense. Keys may not be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euros (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest. • Towels from the accommodation may not be taken to the beach. • The area is quiet and peaceful; loud parties or music are not allowed on the property. • If anything breaks or disappears, replace damaged items and let us know. • If the rental property has a BBQ grill, it must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional charge of 20 euros will be made for extra cleaning. • Put garbage and trash in the designated garbage bins on the street. • Leave the property clean and in good condition upon checkout. • The air conditioner has a separate meter for prepaid cards. This means that when you check in, you can buy a card from us, for a value of €10 or €20, to use the air conditioning (hot and/or cold).
