The thoughtful layout spans three levels, beginning on the first floor with a living room featuring two comfortable leather couches, a dining room table, and a mounted LCD TV, all providing spectacular views of the beach and boardwalk. This level also includes a bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom. Step outside to the first-floor patio, which is big enough to accommodate the whole group for a nice gathering to watch the sunset or enjoy an afternoon BBQ on the grill.

Ascending to the next level, you will find the master suite, which boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The top floor, known as the 'Crow's Nest,' features the third bedroom with a bunk bed (one twin and one full) and a bathroom with a shower. This unique level includes a private balcony with a table and chairs offering views into La Jolla and Point Loma, and a deck perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the waves. Please note that the 'Crow's Nest' does not offer AC and is not suitable for children.
