Cameras There is a doorbell camera at the front door and a security camera facing the living room and garage door. A $500 fine will be issued if any of the cameras are covered or tampered with.
Illegal activity If there are weapons or illegal drug use, there will be a fine of $200.
Locked spaces There will be a $300 fine if guests enter any locked spaces or doors
Extra people Every extra person is an extra $25 per person per night Cleanliness The space must be left exactly how it was found. The cleaning charge covers making the house ready for guests and not a deep cleaning. There will be an additional $200 DEEP cleaning fee for the following: Bodily fluid found on the property such as throw up or sexual bodily fluids,
Excess trash left outside on the ground will result in a $50 fine.
Excess food left in the kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave will result in a $50 fine
