• Parking: Driveway available for up to 3 vehicles. Daytime street parking requires permits (provided); overnight street parking is strictly prohibited. Missing permits incur a $50 surcharge.
• Golf Cart: A 6-seater golf cart is included. Usage requires a signed agreement, driver's licenses, and proof of insurance submitted 24 hours before arrival.
• Security: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entry.
• Extras: River tubes, 2 fishing poles, and Carolina Rig tackle are available for guest use. Washer and dryer are located in-home.
• Pets: Not allowed.

Late checkout requests must be made by 10:00 AM the day prior to departure. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability, approval, and a potential fee of up to $60.00.
