This thoughtfully designed space features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests with the addition of a sofa bed. The interior is filled with natural light and calming décor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for leisurely breakfasts and a beautifully appointed bedroom with quality linens and boutique touches for a restful night's sleep. Guests can enjoy provided robes and premium toiletries, adding an extra layer of comfort to their stay.

Outside is where the property truly shines. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the swimming pool, backyard, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit. Spend your afternoons floating in the resort-style pool or sipping wine on one of the private balconies while watching deer, foxes, and native wildlife wander through the valley below. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit beneath a sky full of stars.

Located near Canyon Lake, Summit Sunsets provides easy access to the historic charm of Gruene, tubing on the Guadalupe River, local wineries, and scenic hiking trails.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Access: The guesthouse is accessed via one full flight of stairs with gravel pathways and gentle slopes; it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Policies: Pets are not allowed. Exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, entrance, and pool area.
• Additional Fees: Pool heating, fire bowls, and fire pit use are available for an additional fee. A refundable $1,500 security hold or a $45 non-refundable damage waiver is required. Early check-in or late check-out may be reserved for a fee (up to $165).
• Requirements: All guests must complete ID verification and sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement via the Guest Portal before arrival.

While the owners live separately in the main house on the property with their own entrance, the designated outdoor guest amenities are reserved exclusively for your use, ensuring a private and effortless Hill Country experience.
