House Rules & Policies:

• No pets allowed, no smoking, and no parties or events
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; no day visitors permitted
• Parking is limited to 2 cars in designated spots; towing is enforced by a third party
• The renting party must be 23 years or older (unless a parent/guardian is present for the entire stay)
• A signed Rental Agreement via DocuSign is required prior to receiving check-in details
• Monthly winter reservations (Jan, Feb, Mar) must be booked from the 1st to the 1st; other off-season monthly stays must be for a full month
• For stays over 28 days, a limit of 1 guest per bedroom applies

To help maintain a four-hour turnover and accommodate early check-ins, guests are kindly asked to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and pile linens and towels upon departure. Please note that excessive cleaning requirements (such as stains or glitter) may result in additional charges. We invite you to be respectful of the property as if it were your own home to ensure a wonderful stay for everyone.
