The chalet is thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and light, featuring a warm open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area accented by cathedral ceilings and panoramic windows that bring the forest inside. The sleeping arrangements include 2 enclosed bedrooms located upstairs, with a total of 5 beds and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests.

Designed following eco-energy performance principles as part of the Auvergne – Living Laboratory project, the home blends sustainability with high-end comfort. Guests can relax in the private hot tub on a screened-in covered terrace or unwind in front of the crackling indoor or outdoor wood fireplaces.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property provides a wealth of nature-based experiences. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the vast estate, which includes private hiking and snowshoe trails, a children's play area, and a lighted pathway. A short 5-minute walk leads to private river access where you can enjoy a dock, swimming, fishing, and kayaking (kayaks provided from June 15 to September 15). You can also explore the property's unique wetlands and peat bog.

The chalet is located approximately 50 minutes from Quebec City and 2 hours and 15 minutes from Montreal. Access is via Paquet Street, with a detailed route provided prior to arrival.

Practical Information:

• Policies: No smoking inside the chalet, no pets allowed, and no parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Note: The property uses water from a natural underground spring. While it may have a slight tint from tannins typical of forest wells, it is perfectly safe to drink, and a filtered water station is provided in the kitchen for your convenience.
