Experience the best of the Northern Catskills at Fox Hill Home, a recently renovated cabin in Tannersville, New York. Perfectly nestled between Hunter and Windham Mountain, this retreat is an ideal all-season getaway for those looking to escape the city and recharge in nature.
This sun-soaked home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The layout is designed for comfort and relaxation, with three bedrooms located on the primary floor. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with a new Bear mattress and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom featuring a rain-style walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, including one with a foam topper and another with a new Bear mattress. All sleeping quarters are outfitted with Parachute linens to ensure a premium stay.
Indoor living spaces are thoughtful and bright. The open-concept living room and kitchen are filled with light from surrounding windows and include a 55" Samsung Picture Frame TV, a Crosley record player, and a cozy fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for entertaining, featuring a dishwasher and various baking tools, with a large 8-person table for gathering. For further relaxation, the remodeled basement family room provides a large leather couch, two armchairs, a 75" Samsung TV, a full-size pool table, and a wet bar with a fridge.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. An expansive deck with an outdoor table and couches for 6-8 guests looks over a beautiful tree line. Guests can unwind in the 6-person hot tub under the stars or enjoy the large yard equipped with jumbo Jenga, lawn bocce, and a seasonal firepit with chairs.
Located near Colgate Lake, the property is accessed via a private road shared with a few neighbors. Due to the location, a 4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended for winter visits.
