The layout is ideally configured for friends or family, featuring 2 bedrooms and a total of 4 beds to accommodate up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with large king-sized beds—which can be split into singles upon request—and individual TVs. For additional guests, the lounge area includes a comfy sofa bed. To ensure a restful stay, crisp white linen and fluffy white towels are provided throughout. The home is completed by 1 bathroom, featuring a shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and basin.

The apartment is also located directly above a fantastic Winery and Bistro, which is highly recommended for guests.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: No on-site parking; Charlotte Street Car Park is recommended as a short walk away
• House Rules: No shoes are to be worn inside the apartment and noise must be kept to a minimum after 11 PM
• Additional Notes: Linen for the sofa bed is provided for bookings of 5 or 6 guests. For bookings of fewer than 5 people, an extra charge applies for sofa bed linen. Please be aware that because of the central location, there may be some street noise from neighboring restaurants.
