Thank you for choosing Master Vacation Homes! VACATION RENTAL - PROPERTY RULES AND CONDITIONS

• BELLA VIDA PARKING To avoid fines and vehicle towing, please follow all Bella Vida Resort parking regulations:

Parking is permitted only in the home's driveway and designated guest parking areas. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles may not block sidewalks, driveways, fire lanes, or grassy areas. Vehicles extending over the sidewalk or into the street may be subject to towing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, buses, boats, and similar oversized vehicles are not permitted within the community. Any vehicle parked in violation of community rules may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice. Important Information Most homes accommodate only a limited number of vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking is limited and may not always be available. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles comply with all HOA parking regulations. Towing fees, storage charges, transportation costs, and any related expenses are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If Your Vehicle Is Towed

If you believe your vehicle has been towed, please contact the Bella Vida HOA or property management immediately for instructions regarding the towing company and vehicle retrieval process.

A Note on Our Home's Character: Our vacation home is highly loved and frequently enjoyed by families. Because of this, you may notice minor cosmetic wear and tear or aging furniture consistent with a popular rental. We work hard to keep everything functional and clean, but we ask guests to keep this normal wear in mind, as refunds are not provided for minor cosmetic imperfections.

Trash Collection Information Collection Schedule Trash Valet service is provided daily except Sundays and Wednesdays. Collection typically begins at 11:00 AM. Please place all trash inside the community-provided trash container before collection time. Trash Disposal Guidelines All trash must be securely bagged and tied. Loose trash is not permitted. A maximum of 4 trash bags per unit is allowed for valet collection. Any excess trash must be taken to the community compactor/disposal area near the clubhouse. Large items such as furniture, mattresses, appliances, and oversized boxes are not collected by the valet service. Where to Place Trash Place bagged trash inside the designated outdoor trash container for pickup. On non-collection days (Sunday and Wednesday), or when exceeding the bag limit, use the community compactor/disposal area located near the clubhouse. Important Notes Do not leave trash bags on the ground outside the home. Break down cardboard boxes before disposal. Please follow all community and HOA rules to help keep Bella Vida clean and enjoyable for everyone.
