For additional guests, the hallway provides a twin bunk bed (top bunk only) as well as a twin rollaway cot. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and hotel-style amenities, and high-quality linens are provided throughout.

Inside, you will find a wonderful kitchen featuring basic cookware and a breakfast bar with seating for four. While a starter pack of amenities is provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own perishables. For entertainment and connectivity, the space includes a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to fantastic community features, including a pool, charcoal grills, and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. While the condo does not have direct river access for tubing, a spiral staircase behind the pool leads toward the river's edge.
