The apartment can be entered no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If the apartment is ready for occupancy earlier, you will receive a message from us on the day of your arrival. You can also store your luggage in our luggage room before entering or leaving the apartment.
We will send you a link for your online check-in 3 days before your arrival. At online check-in, you will receive the door code for your apartment and all information about entering the apartment.
When checking in online, we ask for a damage deposit (between €200 and €400) via paPal or credit card. The security deposit is only "blocked" but not debited. The deposit will be released about 24 hours after a flawless check-out.
Please leave our house rules carefully:
- No disturbing noise/music (after 10pm) or parties
The apartment is located in a residential area, so we kindly ask you to avoid disturbing noise (especially in the backyard) and to consider the night's rest of the other residents, especially after 10pm.
- Damage, losses, and violations
Our apartment is equipped with lovingly selected and high quality furniture. Please take care of our amenities and inform us immediately if there are any problems with the apartment during your stay. Please leave the apartment in the same state as you found it when you arrived. Damage caused during your stay must be replaced by you.
- No smoking and animals in our apartment
All our apartments are equipped with smoke alarms. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony or leave the house. Pets are not allowed in the apartments (allergy sufferers may suffer).
- Return of the apartment
On the day of departure, the return (check-out) of the apartment is always possible until 11 a.m. We are happy to offer you to store your luggage after check out until your departure. Please take care of the cleanliness and order in the apartment. When checking out, please put the used dishes in the dishwasher and remove the garbage so the apartment will be left in the same condition as you have it.
Final cleaning of the apartment is of course included in the room price. Please note, however, that we have to charge an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros for heavily soiled apartments. Strong contamination also includes possible odor nuisance.
In the event of violations or disruptions to our house rules, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your booking while withholding the entire rental price and security deposit. Any further damage settlement is reserved for us.
For all travelers, there is an additional cultural and tourism tax of 7.5%, which is not included in the total price. Payment is made at online check-in.
