This two-story duplex townhome features 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, providing a comfortable layout for up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are each appointed with two twin beds, while the living area offers a full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a convenient half bath serve the rest of the home.

Inside, the living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a love seat and a 40” cable TV with Roku. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances, a four-person kitchen bar for morning coffee, and a dining table set for six.

Step outside to enjoy the coastal air on the second-story master balcony with seating for two, or spend sun-soaked days by the 6’ deep unheated private pool. The backyard is perfect for alfresco dining with a table set for four and a charcoal grill for cookouts.

Located in a prime mid-island position, you are only a three-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of a plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Practical details include parking for two compact cars in the driveway (or one large vehicle) and one car in the garage. For your convenience, a washer/dryer is provided. Please note that exterior cameras are located in the backyard, though guests are welcome to unplug them during their stay.
