Parking is limited to the driveway and garage only - street parking isn't permitted. Please park only in those designated spaces.
Please do not leave trash or food in your car or outside the home. This is bear country, and securing all waste indoors is important for the safety of the community.
The maximum occupancy for this home cannot be exceeded at any time. No events, parties, weddings, or gatherings are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25; all other guests must be 21 or older unless accompanied by a parent.
Before you depart, please empty all indoor trash cans into bags no larger than 13 gallons, break down cardboard, and leave the bags in your garage spot for Wednesday pickup. Please note that recycling is not available at this location.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
