The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom one features a king size bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the deck. Bedroom two offers two full size beds, a smart TV, and deck access, while bedroom three includes two queen size beds and a smart TV. The bathrooms are designed for convenience, featuring oversized vanities and walk-in showers, complemented by an additional half bathroom.

Inside, the home is filled with distinctive features, including a southwest-inspired living room with an exposed brick look, a comfy sofa, and armchair seating. A hidden book nook on the first level provides a quiet escape for reading. The spacious eat-in kitchen is well-equipped with standard appliances, cookware, and a full-size theater popcorn machine. Guests can enjoy meals at one of two dining tables (seating 6 each) or dine al fresco on the second-level deck while soaking in views of the semi-private residential lake.

For entertainment, the lively game room is stocked with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and darts. Outdoors, you will find a private fenced-in backyard complete with grills and a patio table.

Located in a quiet community, you are just 15 minutes away from downtown New Braunfels and the thrills of Schlitterbahn Water Park. Late checkout requests must be received by 10:00 AM the day prior and may incur a fee of up to $105.00.
