This cozy yet spacious retreat is designed to help you create perfect holiday memories, featuring an open-plan layout with massive floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living areas and bedrooms that frame the stunning scenery.
Designed for families or two couples, the home features 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include one Queen Size Bed in the first bedroom, and two Single Beds in the second bedroom. For added flexibility, the single beds can be zipped together to form one Super King Size Bed if requested at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guests can enjoy a high-standard stay with 5-Star hotel grade linen, towels, and memory foam pillows on all beds.
Step outside onto the large deck, equipped with two reclining lounges and a cute table and chairs, where the views will blow your socks off. You will love watching the fantastic colors change over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain Range as the sun rises and sets. Inside, you can relax in a luxurious Eames chair or on the large comfy couch with a glass of amazing local NZ wine.

For those using public transport, the closest Orbus stop is approximately 500 metres away.

House Rules:
Rule: Absolutely NO GLITTER is to be brought into the house or sprinkled anywhere in the house. If glitter is found in the house an additional fee of $500 will be charged.
Rule: Please do not wear your street shoes inside the house.
Rule: Do not place anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Please dispose of all feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, baby wipes, etc in the rubbish (garbage) bin. DO NOT PLACE them down the toilet! If the toilet gets clogged during your stay due to items being flushed down the toilet, then you will be charged for the plumber expenses.
Rule: It is forbidden to have more people stay overnight beyond the number of allowed guests in the property without prior written permission.
Rule: Strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS are allowed without prior written permission. Anyone caught hosting an unauthorised party will have the remainder of their booking cancelled and will be evicted from the property. An additional fee of $1,000 will be levied along with an Airbnb claim made for any damage to the property.
Rule: Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. Please have respect for the neighbours and do not make loud or disturbing noises during the quiet hours.
Rule: Rubbish (trash) – At the end of your stay, please place all rubbish from the bedrooms and other rooms into the main rubbish bins in the kitchen. It’s really appreciated if you take the rubbish out to the wheelie bins outside.
Rule: Electricity is expensive, so it is appreciated if you can please turn off lights when not using them and keep the heating down to around 20 degrees or less when you are not at home (especially during the colder months).
