The arrangement includes a unique Dual Key configuration (2+1 bedrooms) for maximum flexibility. The sleeping quarters include a Master Bedroom with a King-size bed and attached bathroom, a second bedroom featuring a Queen-size bed, and an additional bedroom. For extra convenience, an additional floor mattress can be provided upon request. The living areas are thoughtfully appointed with designer sofa beds, coffee tables, and cozy rugs to ensure a high-end feel.

To enhance your stay, the home is equipped with hotel-grade linens and towels. The kitchens are designed for simple cooking, featuring microwaves and kettles. Guests can also enjoy essential conveniences including air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, and an LED TV.

Located in a prime spot in Iskandar Puteri, the homestay is situated directly opposite Legoland Malaysia, Gleneagles Hospital, and the Mall of Medini. The property is easily accessible via public transport or Grab from Changi Airport to Medini Mall, with the apartment just a two-minute walk from the bus stop.

Guests have access to premium facilities on Level 9, including a swimming pool, gym room, and playground. Please note that one access card is provided per unit and must be carried at all times for facility entry.
