Important Information: -Reviewing our House Rules is required prior to booking. Guests are not guaranteed a full refund for cancelling outside of the cancellation policy set in place due to refusal to sign the Rental Agreement, underage booking or paying additional pet fees. -A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation. -Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -If you are bringing a pet then additional fees will be requested after the confirmed booking. Pet policy of limit and weight varies per property, but fees will be the same. Please review the Listing Description and the Rental Agreement to confirm the limit and weight of your property. These will need to be paid in full prior to check-in. Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee.
