For those who enjoy the outdoors, the front porch is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out into the pasture, or to unwind with a nightly cocktail under the oaks while using the grill.

Located strategically between Austin and San Antonio, this property puts you close to many wonderful attractions. You are perfectly positioned for tubing on the Guadalupe River, boating on Canyon Lake, and visiting local wineries, breweries, and distilleries, as well as the famous Schlitterbahn. For those wanting a city experience, San Antonio and Fredericksburg are 50 miles away, Austin is 60 miles away, and the towns of Blanco and Wimberly are also close by.

• Parking: A car is essential as the property is secluded

Please be aware that the main road to the property is very "rugged" with no streetlights and significant potholes, so it is not recommended for low-riding vehicles. To ensure the safety and tranquility of the ranch, several house rules are strictly enforced:

• No pets allowed (Service Animals only; no Emotional Support Animals)
• No smoking inside
• No fireworks or burning during a burn ban
• No access to the barn or fenced pasture
• No feeding, petting, or harassing of the horses
• The guest booking the property must be at least 21 years of age and present
• No events unless preapproved
• Property speed limit is 5MPH; quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am

Gate clickers for entrance and exit are provided. Please return the clicker to the drop box at the gate upon departure to avoid a $50.00 fee.
