This single-story first-floor condo ensures a seamless entry with no steps to climb. The layout features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, with a total guest capacity of 4. For those traveling with a family, the space is thoughtfully arranged with a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, and two built-in bunk beds specifically for children under 10, allowing the home to accommodate 4 adults and 2 small children.

Experience the magic of the outdoors with beautiful lake views and pool views right from your home. The property is designed for relaxation, featuring comfy cozy beds and bedding, beautiful furnishings, and a back patio that allows you to walk right out to the pool for a refreshing swim. Nature lovers will delight in the local wildlife, as deer often come right up to the patio to be hand fed.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic utensils, dishes, glassware, and cookware, along with cable TV and internet for your entertainment.

To ensure a smooth arrival, check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Guests will receive digital access codes via email shortly before 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, provided the DocuSign policies are signed and payment is complete. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

House Rules & Restrictions:

• No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events.
• The renting party must be 23 years or older (unless a parent/guardian is present for the entire stay).
• Max parking is limited to 1 car in designated spots; parking permits must be used to avoid towing.
• No day visitors are permitted.
• Stays over 28 days are limited to a maximum of 2 guests.
• Monthly winter reservations (Jan, Feb, Mar) must be booked from the 1st to the 1st. Other off-season monthly stays must be booked for a full month cycle.

Guests are asked to be respectful of the property by removing all trash and piling towels upon departure. We provide a starter pack of essential toiletries and kitchen supplies; guests are encouraged to bring additional food, toiletries, and beach towels.
