The layout includes two dedicated bedrooms—one featuring a queen size bed and the second featuring a full size bed. Additional flexibility is provided in the living area, which includes a single size bed and a sofa bed, while a bright sunroom offers a cozy twin day bed for lounging.

Step outside to discover a large, private back yard where you can spend your days on the beautiful deck. This outdoor oasis provides comfortable seating perfect for alfresco dining or spending lazy afternoons soaking in the peace of the surroundings. For those returning from a day at the beach, the property includes a convenient outdoor shower equipped with both hot and cold water.

While the home provides a welcoming atmosphere, please note that the structured amenities for this property are handled specifically to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, with each item individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this intentional cleanliness process.

For your convenience, starter supplies are provided upon arrival. These include one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap. Please plan to bring any additional supplies needed for the duration of your stay.
