We kindly ask you to respect everyone within the complex as the majority of the homes are owner occupied. We want everyone to be able to enjoy their space free from loud disturbances. - The unit is in a quiet complex and respect for nearby residents is expected. No parties or functions are to be held on site and noise is to be kept to a minimum every night. If you're returning late after a night out at the local bars, please keep conversations quiet in common areas so as to avoid disturbing people. - Basic cleaning products are provided and guests are expected to leave the home in a clean, tidy state - All dishes, cutlery and utensils are to be thoroughly washed, dried and put away prior to departure - We also maintain a non-smoking, drug free home for your safety and the safety of our awesome neighbours. Smoking is permissible in the courtyard/balcony. If you are smoking in the garden, please make sure you dispose your cigarette butts in the rubbish bin and not in the garden or garden beds. We hope you love the home as much as we do and ask you take care of the space as if it were your own. A lot of care and effort has been put into our little home for you and future guests to enjoy! - 9pm Quiet time - Do not run the Air-con when you are OUT of the house - Smoking is strictly outside only.
