Designed for comfort and relaxation, the space features a thoughtful layout with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. The interior is beautifully decorated and outfitted with resort quality bedding to ensure a restful stay.

While there are no specific property-wide amenities listed, the experience is defined by its surroundings. You can start your morning with a cup of coffee during the sunrise or wind down your evening with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the ranch.

Located in a prime spot for exploration, the property is close to a variety of outdoor activities, including boating and swimming in Canyon Lake or tubing down the Guadalupe. For those who enjoy a scenic drive, the renowned 290 wineries, breweries, and distilleries are easily accessible. The ranch is also conveniently positioned near San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Blanco, and Fredericksburg.

Practical details for your arrival: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You will receive your entry code 24 hours before arrival, which activates 30 minutes prior to check-in. Please be aware that the main road to the property is very "rugged" with no streetlights and significant potholes; low-riding vehicles are not recommended. Gate clickers are provided for ease of access, but must be returned to the gate drop box upon departure to avoid a $50.00 fee.

To maintain the tranquility of the ranch and the safety of the animals, please adhere to the following rules: pets are not allowed (Service Animals only; no Emotional Support Animals). Smoking inside is prohibited, and fireworks are strictly forbidden. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and must be present during the stay. The fenced pasture and barn are off-limits, and feeding or harassing the horses is prohibited. Please observe the 5MPH speed limit and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Note that for security, cameras are located on the cabin road and at the barn.

In addition to the standard rates, a non-refundable $59.00 Damage Waiver fee is included. Alternatively, guests may opt for a refundable $1,000.00 damage deposit.
