Check-in communication: Please let us know when you are arriving at the apartment: Please remember to call or message the check-in number 30 minutes before arrival, or as you head to the apartment, so that our staff can greet you for check-in. If you don't have a phone, you can ask the taxi driver to use his phone.

Checkout: Checkout is 10am. Please leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you. You can request a late checkout (by 12:30 pm), upon request in advance, depending on availability and time. The cost is €50, to be paid at the property before departure. Compliance with the condominium rules: The apartment is in a residential building. Please respect the normal rules of civil coexistence, treat the property with care and leave it clean. All waste must be placed in the appropriate containers provided.
