• Check-out: 9:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Security: Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings. A dinner guard can be arranged by the property manager at an additional cost.
• Utilities: Due to the jungle location, power, phone, and internet outages may occur. Please avoid leaving electronics plugged in during rainstorms.
• Water: Low water pressure may occur during the dry season (December through April).
• Nature: As this is a jungle environment, insects are present year-round. Guests are asked to keep food wrapped and screen doors closed.
• Gardening: Routine maintenance is scheduled for stays of one week or more; guests may opt out for a $75 fee.
• Policies: No refunds are provided for natural disasters, utility outages, security breaches, or nearby construction noise. Travel insurance is highly encouraged.
