Any evidence of smoking inside OR OUTSIDE the home will result in extra cleaning fees that will be passed on to the offending guest. Thanks in advance for leaving no trace! ~ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, per local ordinance. Thanks in advance for observing this rule. ~ Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated; If the neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
