Welcome to your ideal getaway in Dallas! Located in the heart of Downtown, this apartment is the perfect stay whether you are visiting for business, leisure, sightseeing, or simply a peaceful retreat.
This unique space is configured as a traditional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, but is designed to accommodate up to 11 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms (with the second bedroom located within the common living area) and 6 beds: 1 Queen Bed, 4 Full Beds (consisting of 2 Full-Size Bunk Beds), and 1 Twin Air Mattress. Guests can enjoy premium duvets, cozy pillows, and soft blankets for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom features a 32" Smart TV, while the living area is equipped with a 55" Smart TV. For those traveling with infants, a Pack 'N Play is available.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and a bar cart with a cocktail set. A coffee maker and electric kettle with complimentary beverages are also provided. The apartment includes a dedicated workspace with an office chair, high-speed WiFi, and a spacious walk-in closet. For added convenience, there is in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer.

Direct any questions about your stay and maintenance concerns to your Host. The Community Staff cannot provide keys or access devices. If you have any questions or issues, please contact your Host or Airbnb.
NO GUESTS or PETS at any time, only occupants listed on the Airbnb reservation are allowed onsite. Service animals are permitted if documentation is provided to the host and verified by the property. Trash: Please discard any trash within the enclosures onsite. Amenities: Your Host will provide access information. You must abide by all posted hours, rules and regulations.
Parking: If your stay allows you to use Community parking, your Host will provide information and access. You must abide by all posted rules and signage relating to Community parking. Your vehicle may be towed if it is parked in violation of rules and signage or in an unauthorized location.Violations of any of the Community Rules may result in a fine per occurrence, may be reported to Airbnb Community Support, and may result in a negative review from your host
Host requests
- During the stay
- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
- Before checkout
Please feel free to run the dishwasher on your way out, the cleaners would greatly appreciate it!
