This cozy getaway is designed for a maximum of 2 guests and features a thoughtful layout with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom. The interior is beautifully decorated and features resort quality bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.

Located in a prime spot for adventure, you are close to many wonderful attractions. Enjoy tubing on the Guadalupe River, boating on Canyon Lake, or visiting local wineries, breweries, and distilleries. If you are looking for city excitement, San Antonio and Fredericksburg are just 50 miles away, while Austin is 60 miles distant. The property is also conveniently close to Blanco and Wimberly.

For those who prefer to simply chill, you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Be mindful that the property is a shared community housing four cabins, one main rental house, two permanent RVs, and one permanent resident; guests are asked to be respectful of other residents and local wildlife.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Access: Digital entry codes are provided 24 hours before arrival.
• Vehicle Warning: The main road to the property is very "rugged" with no streetlights and significant potholes. It is not recommended for low-riding vehicles.

Important Rules & Policies:

• No pets allowed (Service Animals only; no Emotional Support Animals).
• No smoking inside.
• No fireworks of any kind.
• No fires during a burn ban.
• The fenced pasture and barn are strictly off-limits; the barn is monitored by cameras.
• Do not feed, pet, or harass the horses.
• The booking guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.
• No events unless preapproved.
• Property speed limit is 5MPH with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
• Gate Clicker Policy: Clickers are provided for convenience and must be returned to the drop box upon departure to avoid a $50.00 fee.
• Fees: A non-refundable $59.00 Damage Waiver fee is included. Alternatively, guests may opt for a refundable $1,000.00 damage deposit.
