• Rules: No smoking. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests; no daytime guests allowed. The host must be 25 years of age or older and must stay on-site.
• Note: As a glamping experience, encounters with bugs or critters are possible. Additionally, because New Braunfels is a train town, the property is located near active tracks; earplugs and a white noise machine are provided for your comfort. Outdoor areas may be monitored by video camera for permit compliance. Accidental damage protection is included up to $1500.
