Cancellation Policy For reservations made through the Naya Homes website, this property follows the following cancellation policy: Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a 50% refund of the accommodation amount. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Occupancy & Guest Registration The property may not be occupied by more guests than those listed in the reservation. All guests must be registered with Naya Homes prior to arrival. Guests agree to provide all required check-in information, including valid identification, full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, contact phone numbers, and any documentation required by the condominium or Naya Homes. Failure to provide the required information or complete the necessary registration forms may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Unauthorized guests may not be permitted under condominium regulations and may result in penalties or cancellation of the reservation.
Community Rules & Conduct Guests are expected to respect the peace, privacy, and security of neighbors and the community at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited: Illegal activities or substances ( Immediate removal from the property without refund. ) Unauthorized guests ($200 USD fine may apply) Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit Smoking inside the property ($200 USD fine may apply) Glass containers in pool areas Hanging clothing, towels, or other items from balconies Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Failure to comply with building rules may result in fines, penalties, immediate termination of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.
Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees. Requests must be approved at least 24 hours in advance. The condominium is not obligated to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Departure Requirements Before departure, guests are requested to: Remove all trash. Wash used dishes. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when leaving the property.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding all keys, wristbands, access cards, fobs, parking permits, and any other devices provided for access to the unit, building, or common areas. All access devices must be returned to the same location where they were provided, or as otherwise instructed at check-out. Lost, damaged, unreturned, or improperly returned access devices may result in replacement costs, condominium fines, administrative fees, or additional charges to the reservation.
