Additional guests can enjoy the living area, which is equipped with a twin daybed, a couch, and a queen air mattress to ensure everyone has a place to rest.
Inside, the open living area is designed to bring the beauty of the lake into view through large windows, creating a comfortable space to gather or watch TV. Optional Water Recreation Equipment
Use of the provided canoe, inflatable kayak, paddles, tubes, lily pad and inflatable water trampoline is optional. Before anyone in the reservation group uses these items, the reservation holder must sign our Optional Water Recreation Equipment Agreement.
The complete agreement is available in this listing’s Host contract section. After booking, we will also share the full terms through Airbnb messages and provide an OwnerRez link for electronic signature. The reservation holder provides their name and electronic signature, linked to the reservation, and accepts the group responsibilities described in the agreement.
Signing is not required to stay at the property. Guests who decline simply may not use the listed recreational equipment. Their reservation, check-in, and access to the home, lakefront, dock and other booked accommodation amenities remain available without penalty. Grills and life jackets remain available regardless of signing.
Indian Harbor Gate Access
The property is located in the gated Indian Harbor community. For gatehouse registration, guests must provide the first and last name of each person who will drive a vehicle through the gate separately during the stay. These names will be shared with the gatehouse to arrange access.
Names are not needed for children or passengers who will always accompany a registered driver. Drivers must be prepared to present a valid photo ID at the gatehouse. We do not request that guests upload or send us a copy of their ID.
Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit authorization hold is required before check-in and processed securely through OwnerRez, as disclosed during Airbnb booking. This temporarily reserves available funds on the card; it is not an upfront charge. Any claim against the hold must comply with Airbnb’s policies and applicable law and be supported by documented costs. This hold is separate from the optional equipment agreement, and declining that agreement does not change the disclosed security deposit requirement.
